First time blooming for me. I must admit that I bought it with a bud. I am glad I got to bloom it and not kill the bud. The bloom must still stretch a little.

You can see in the update pics.....it's a beautiful Paph. delenatii.
As to the photos another background would show the flower in a much better way. A light flower and light background makes the contoures blur and the flower drowns in the background.
