This is the first time I saw this species blooming in their habitat overthought this species not rare in my country - Vietnam.
Great to see them in person.

We all get used to seeing them in pots. It's easy to forget they grow in the wild. Always amazing to see these type of pictures. Thanks so much for posting.

What's the estimate on elevation where this species occurs?
Is of similar to the elevation to where henryanum and helenae are found?
How cold does it get during the winter? Day and night?

This species a bit lower than henryanum and helenae, it just around 600m, it could be 1oC during winter but rarely (basically form 5-10o
