I bet there is a fairrieanum in it.
Upon seeing the flower and the leaves, that's what jumped out in my mind.
After closer look, though, I think it would be a complex hybrid containing fairrieanum crossed onto sukhakulii.
The texture and patterns of the flower indicate a strong influence of a bulldog but with quite a bit of fairrieanum. Or it could just be any complex (bulldog). Tracking down exactly what would be impossible. I've seen way too many similar ones from different pairings.

I think what the tag is implying is that it is a NOID with Paph. sukhakulii (I think I would agree with that) as one parent and the other parent unknown. Might be tagged better as Paph. sukhakulii x ?
