Sharing this photo bloomed out by Ken Avant. First bloom seedling on single growth. Color is outstanding. Shape looks like Paph anitum.

One of my favorite multi crosses. I do like the form, they all don't have to have petals out horizontal to be an excellent flower.

On another note, could Peter or someone please tell me where I can order that large sponge rock in the phal pots?Not the #3 or #4 perlite that is a rounder shape and is more dense. I want the large pieces that usually come in plants from Hawaii. (expanded sponge rock)
 
The contrast of reddish maroon and gold and the long straight petals with great pattern that I really like, the shoulders that point slighty inwards are bit of a setback, all the good points far outweigh the bad on this one IMO, I think you have an excellent plant keep it!!! You have plenty of room for more in your greenhouse!!!
