The second of my Paph vietnamense seedlings to bloom this year, I like it better than the first, slightly fuller or wider dorsal, wider petals, same good color. The natural spread is about 9.2 cm. The flaws I see this blooming is the nodding flower stem, it needed to be staked, and the petals are angled a bit forward, more bell like. Both of these can be influenced by watering, humidity and other culture practices (while in bud, it did get dried out way too hard while I was out of town). So I am looking forward to next years bloom, to see if it does any better. Enjoy

Hopefully it does do better next flowering. It's fantastic that you were able to bloom it, I am still waiting for mine.

:clap: Looking good! I, too, like this one better than the first. I think most of us would take any blooming vietnamense!
