I bought a compot (24pl) of these & this is the 1st to flower!!

Jean,
I received the compot on 11/17/2007, and it had the 3 plants in early sheath then. It took almost 2 months for the 1st to flower. The 2 & 3 plant is another week or so to bloom. I also have 3 more that are near blooming size.

That's fantastic! Both species can bloom on small plants & look what happens when it's done right!
 
I used it for breeding, beign that it is a 1st bloom seedling I cut the rest of the spike off so it can put its energy into growing the pod.
