I'm disappointed with the shape of this paph.
I hoped for a nice flat, but it is bend back like a venustum. The colors are nice though.
First flowering, so it can get better of course.

Next flower will be better, give him another chance, is this the one I sent to you months ago?
 
I checked back on the photos of my urbanianum and depending on when the pictures were taken of course the petals are twisted more or less in different years. they are less cruciform some years. With species you get what you get. When breeding starts to interfere with the species integrity thats what I find disappointing. However I have what is supposed to be a callosum that is fairly big and flat and I love it, so there you go. I like your flower and next year it probably will be flatter. They are pretty reliable flowerers so many more chances ahaed.
