Hi guys!

This guy opened a few days ago. This is the first species paph to bloom for me so I'm pretty thrilled. I bought the plant in June, it had one previously bloomed growth and one semi-mature growth. It now has 6 growths of various sizes in total, lives on the windowsill and seems a very robust, and easy little plant. Nice and compact too.

Here's a quick picture, I love the fizzy white dorsal.

and a picture of the whole plant just to give you an idea of the size of the plant. The flower measures approx 3x3 inches and the leaf span is approx 13 inches

Thank you, guys!

Interesting what you say about the colour. When I was buying it the endor said that this plant got a bronze medal at the (I think) Dresden show when it was flowering for the first time, whatever that means. I normally take these things with a pinch of salt, though.

Thank you everyone.

It's opened a little more since last week so here's an updated pic from today
