This has been in sheath since last summer and it finally bloomed. Pretty cool.
Only two flowers and the dorsal is hooded. Its been real hot this year so maybe thats why.

A bonus pic. My niece Sara had to get in the photo. She is such a ham.

From tip of the upper dorsal to the tip of the bottom it is 10.2 cm. the dorsal width is 4.5cm. the longest petal length stretched out is 15cm. I dont know if its big because I have only seen one in person.

Thanks. I got this as a division. a couple of years ago. This is the first time I have bloomed it. The LS on the blooming growth is 27in. It has two more real good size growths and a medium size growth and a couple of new starts. Hopefully I can grow it strong to get a good show.
