I guess many have a species or hybrid that got them hooked on paphs, and that is speciel to them. For me it was "King Arthur" and spicerianum. I got a bunch of both about 25 years ago, and did absolutely everything wrong - never bloomed a single one.
I haven't come across a King Arthur since I got back in the game, but I have two spicerianum again. Both now spiking.
It's been important for me to get this plant to flower, and here it is :)

Hey, what a nice sight this greenish spicy, I like these more greenish one the best. As to King Arthur, these ancient hybrids are hard to obtain in these days, out of fashion. I had one too many years ago.
