This is one huge and flat dorsal species. It does have the green and the right staminode shape. I came from a selfing of St. Albans clone. It also have some serration on the petals.

I'm with you Faan, they are looking like a hybrid rather than the species.
I love the stam!

This plant was at the show and It was being sold for $600.00 a division! It also won best paph species (I think) in exhibit. The plant that got awarded was sold but I don't know how much.

All I can do is magnify the picture of the staminode.

I like the big wide petals, and the color is great too, but to me the funny parasol dorsal sepal kind of defines what I think a spicerianum is all about.
