A compact plant with narrow, non-erect leaves having just a little purple at the base, with no spots or stripes?
Looks like Paph. coccineum (barbigerum var. lockianum) to me.

Is it pure coccineum?

Or taking a long shot - might we be in the realm of gratrixianum x charlesworthii:

it is hard to say it is a hybrid .
it depends on whether the plant was sold directly by the native highlander or a commercial nursery , if DIN lives in Vietnam , where many species plants came directly from nature , then I don't think it is a natural hybrid from gratrixianum x charlesworthii ( i don't think charlesworthii is listed as growing in Vietnam, perhaps Canh can tell us if charlesworthii also grow in Vietnam)

Thanks all for the thoughtful suggestions and opinions I think it's a fruitful discussion. Seems like it is indeed a Paph coccineum then.
