Apparently the exotic plant company has some available that are said to be raised from seed. It would take a while to get it imported here so I’m not sure if it would survive the journey

Legally, seed grown plants in Europe.

Mine are from Exotic Plant Company.
Spoke to Michael Tibbs in person last Tuesday.
They don't have many.
