Looks like primulinum fma Purpurascens but the pouch indicates there could be liemianum in there but the flower isn't big enough. There are a number of hybrids also but nothing I have found are really close enough.
 
From the totally *clean dorsal*, I'd say it is prim purpurascens. All the other cochlos have some sort of markings on the dorsal sepal that would typically come through in an intra-cochlo hybrid. I'm sure there are exceptions... anyone else have an opinion? Also, Papheteer, do the leaves have red pigment at the base? That's a great sign that a plant labeled flavum/album is not flavum/album.
