Been a little while since I have flowered this. Named after my faithful dog.

Very nice. Love the way those dorsals are held.
Mine has 2 spikes coming but I'm probably still a couple of weeks away.

Great plant David! How many years have you been taking care of Coco?

Thanks Rick. I got this in 2004. So 18 years now. I got it as a division from a nursery here. They saw it in the US one time and liked it so much they went to the trouble of bringing it into Australia. I got it awarded in 2018. I told the nursery about the award but they said they lost their division. Apparently this clone can get 8 flowers on a spike, but I have never got more than 5.

Indeed a beautiful roebelinii type. How long are those red twisting petals? Looks almost 20 cm.

Around 20 cm, maybe a cm or two less. It finished flowering a couple of weeks back.

Spectacular! Looks like a beautifully grown plant too, congrats!
