I bought this at the POE yesterday in bloom. It's the only plant I bought in bloom, but this one struck me right as I went in. Since I love fairreanum hybrids, I picked it up at what I think is a bargain price. The cross is Gowerianum 'Mrs. L. Dixon' x fairreanum album. Gowerianum is curtissii x lawrenceanum. It's a very old cross, registered in 1911 and I'd never heard of it before. I also think the names on the tag are rather charming and reflect back on the age of the plant.

The friend I was with thought it is "rather plain" :fight: but I like it.
