Sangii's plant has great colour, very beautiful.

A division of the Dijon plant received a high Silver medal (SM/DOG; equ. to your AM) at our last weekends judging session. It was a flawless flower and should have got a higher award. According to the owner the flower diameter was approaching 20 cm... It was pretty big anyway. I was told it is most likely progeny of the Taka clone which received its FCC/AOS in the late 90ies.

Something on my wishlist if I win the lottery.

Cheers, Carsten

I have no idea how big the flower was for the plant exhibited in Dijon. Can't remember, even though I saw it . Anybody has this information ?

On my own plant last year the flower was 13-14 cm large but this year only 11 due to less than ideal conditions during the bud maturation (hot temperatures and insufficient watering)
