no ! over here in Europe there's not much judging going on and I actually never had a plant judged....
 
It has nice form and color, but judging from a picture is almost impossible. You don't get a good idea of the size and presence of the flower or the substance and texture. Usually an award quality flower will scream "here I am" when you view it...Many very nice flowers are not of award quality.
 
I concur... It appears to have excellent color in the photo. But without seeing it in person... Just as a first impression, it looks like a nice plant and definitely a keeper, but probably not awardable (in the AOS). There are at least a couple dozen awards to this species, so there would be considerable competition.

I have no idea how judging works in Europe, though. A faint idea about the RHS system, but other than that...
