Had a great day at the Dallas orchid show- editing and uploading photos now to post in the Orchid Events section- and I wanted to share this one that came home with me today.
It is not ever going to win any awards, but I love this flower and it could make a wonderful show plant when it gets older.
First blooming on a fairly small growth with a dorsal nearly 11cm across. Good tall stem too. It was hiding in a big tray of Phals and other Paphs that had not yet hit the sales table which was already full- and it is only by good fortune I spotted it when I did.
