Paph Harold Smith 'Ratcliffe'

I bought a seedling cross at June's Orchid Estate with the label paph. Harold Smith 'Ratcliffe' x Paph rothschildianum. I cannot identify paph. Harold Smith. Can anyone help me with this?

Dear Lori,
at first I thought that the correct name is
Paph. Mrs. Harry Smith, the cross between superbiens and rothschildianum, an old name from 1899 and a synoynm. But I think it is not used nowerdays.
The other possibility would be
Paph. A.J.H. Smith.
But I think the best reasn for the name is that the breeder has forgotten to register the name.
