I got this from the original owner when he was downsizing his collection 2 years ago. It finally flowered after growing 3 new growths.

Flowers just opened at 9 cm NS and 7.5 cm wide dorsal. Smaller than when awarded in 2012 at 14 cm and 9.7 cm respectively. Very round and thick substance though. Colour is apple green now but likely get more yellow later.

Hey Leslie
How big is this plant... leaf size? Might be a good plant to cross into my mini project.

I love it! Green bulldog without (or very little like yours) white halo on the dorsal seems rare. I used to buy one everytime I saw one at shops. Unfortunately, none of them came with a tag, but I loved them all nonetheless.

Thanks all.

I do love the big round solid yellow green complexes too and have collected about 4 of them. The other 3 are multigrowths and refused to bloom after 2 years even in the cool nights this one is in. Fingers crossed for next year!

I’m attaching a pic of two of them. One was huge at almost 8 inches at back and the other one was very full and round.
