Excellent flowers on a well grown plant, congrats, Dot! Thanks for showing how these trained stems look like. It makes a great presentation.

Awesome Dot- a beautiful display!


I used your cotton ball tip on a catt that had 2 buds too close and was surprised how it improved the presentation!

dang. you don't have to stake these?
i thought all godfroyae had pendent inflorescences.

i could be confused
years ago i spent some time volunteering at an orchid place and i thought their godefroyae all had pendant stalks but they may have been something else or just a strain with weak stalks

In my option most brachys have a weak stem. However, bellatulum is one that at least in my green house has a pendent spike that hangs way down over the pot. When I get an erect self supporting stem in any brachy, I feel it is a rarity and not the norm.
