I love the gracefulness of the fairrieanums. People say it looks like buffalo horns but I think that descript takes away the daintiness of the species. I always call them pagodas LOL.
 
Carper, I was wondering if you are interested in breeding your fairrieanum with mine. The 'Pankot' AM/AOS is still in bloom now and I can send the pollen to you if you wish to breed these on? I am attaching the pic of mine. Don't mind the slight 'tear' in the left part of the dorsal sepal. It's not a genetic thing. I think the cross will generate fantastic offsprings as part of our conservation responsibility. Both are dark and have great width in the dorsal sepals. Plus yours is Taiwan stock and mine is American stock. A true trans Pacific endeavor.
