Another nice one! I believe this is Paph fairrieanum f. bohlmannianum now.

Well names are only needed for literature record, but for the trade or hobbyist, it is the album version of the species. The correct formal album name is Paphiopedilum fairrieanum f. bohlmannianum (Matho, 1942).
