Here's a primary that you don't see too often, Paph Duguesclin.
It's sukhakulii x mastersianum, from the Orchid Zone
Does anyone know the correct pronunciation of the name?

Hello
The vowel system in French is different from what it is in English. So this is NOT an exact phonetic transcription--only a vague approximation using English words for an imperfect equivalent
"Du" as in the US pronunciation of "dude" but it is a French "u" as in "Ubu"
"gues" as "ge" in "get" (do not sound the "s")
"clin" is the trickiest--do no not sound the "n"--make it sound like a very nasal "e" same as "hein" in French.
The last syllable is stressed.

If you look under Bertrand du Guesclin in an English encyclopedia you may find a closer equivalent.

Nautilus,
Mastersianum adds a gloss, almost a laquered look to the sukhakulii. The green in the dorsal is also from the mastersianum. Also, mastersianum can be difficult to bloom, so the opportunity to use it in hybrids is hard to pass up for a large-scale breeder.
Regards,
Rick
