Best flowering ever for me (two flowers on 4 new growths).
In my experience, Paph. Asteroid (Paph. Greyi x Paph. Conco-bellatulum) is a very resilient plant. It is in a 4 inch plastic pot with standard Paph mix I get from Quarter Acre Orchids. Main difference this past year was a little more light, and a little more fertilizer (one teaspoon of MSU RO/Tap/Rain fertilizer) in distilled water weekly or every other week depending on whether it's in a growth cycle or not.
Take care all, Mike

I rescued it back in 2010 when Quarter Acre Orchids was still selling plants. I see you are in the DC area, maybe I can get a piece to you when I repot it later this year. Maybe at a National Capital Orchid Society meeting?
