P calosum var sublaeve

This is from AA orchids. The flower is about 2/3 the size of the nominal variety, but the color is pinker red rather than brownish red.

Does it have another bud? In my experience, while sublaeve is smaller and less shapely than typical callosum, it is frequently, and in some clones, usually, bifloral. Take care, Eric

None obvious (first bloom though). But these days I've seen allot of bifloral callosum too.

I have one that I aquired last year but unfortunately it blasted so I did not get to see it. Thanks for showing me what I missed.:poke:
