I use a mix of fine orchiata, rexxus fir bark, charcoal, perlite, and sphagnum moss, with a little bit of sand
 
Orchiata Classic works well for me too.
Be careful with the 2 inch pots. They dry fast. I used to use them with bad success. For me it is better to use bigger pots (7cm, 3 inch) for two or three seedling as a kind of mini community pot.
 
I have found that using #9 Orchiata in a 2" net pot, then pushing those down into 2" square pots or cell flats keeps them more moist, while providing lots of air around the pots. Roots grow like mad.
