Apparently now reclassified as Oncidium alexandrae. Love this species, and so glad I can flower it!

Very nice! Its a pitty Odonts (in the narrow sense) are so demanding with regard to temps. I love them but I can't grow them.

I admit I babied this through the summer - outside for most of it, especially nights (cooler, higher humidity), and on the hot days I brought it back inside. It really grew well with our unusually humid summer (ok, maybe not humid, but less arid than usual!) but was pretty stressed come fall. Outdoor humidity disappeared! I thought I was going to lose the plant and was considering trading it to a fellow orchid grower who has a cool room in his basement. Then low and behold it sent out a spike! I'll never get large numbers of flowers with my conditions, but if I can keep it alive and producing 2 or 3 a year I'll be happy!

Very nice Tracy! It was great to be able to see this in person last meeting!
