This just arrived today in flower from Spicesotic plants via eBay. I haven't got a 'plain' one like this amongst my current paphs so snapped it up. I prefer my paphs to be this shape rather than the completely round hybrids - I think they look too much like my Phals! It's a bit uneven as the flower stem is short and one side of the flower is sitting on a leaf.

Once the flower goes I'll be repotting out of the CHC!
 
This had an off year last year (the plant went downhill and reduced in size) but has broken into flower again this year after moving it into semihydro.

I think it is its best flowering so far.

Now hopefully to bulk it up and get multiple flowers again.
 
I can certainly see the similarity and think you could well be right!

The flower has a natural spread of 97mm. The pouch is 45mm from top to bottom.

I certainly think it is a complex x complex paph but that is purely a guess on the source and lack of name - I imagine it came from some big plant wholesaler in Netherlands.
