I'm going to be away for 2 days maybe it'll be fully opened when i get back.

It's the funkiest neo flower. I don't know if the flower will open more because it's already fragrant. I could be wrong though. This spike only has 3 flowers. Hopefully it'll be better next time round.

Flower 2 next to the awesome tenkei Dr. Lehr from New World hooked me up with. The size of the shunkyden flower is about double.

Repotted it today in the traditional japanese method. Heres what it looks like:

It went into s/h as soon as I got it from Cal orchids in May.
 
Has this particular plant bloomed for you before? 1st time bloom?
I like it when it's different - it's got character!
 
Marco, what was the root growth like when you repotted it into the s/h? Do you think those dead roots died because they were the older ones and couldn't adapt to the s/h culture?
