Drying off after a watering are my Sederia japonica with 5 spikes, and Lc Aloha Case 'Ching Hua' AM/AOS. Both smell great!

I haven't had to scorch an orchid yet!:) Thanks all for the compliments. This plant just keeps putting up side growths, I think it has 4 now, and they start blooming when small. The fragrance is delicious.

That Sedirea is astounding. It would compare favorably to any of the CCM/AOS award stats for the species, and probably rivals the best of the quality awards as well. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!

Good plants!
How many basal growths are on that Sedirea?
It reminds me of ky aunt's old Sedirea. Lots of spikes loaded with flowers every year.
Love the color on that Cattleya!

I have seen other Sederia with leaves close together like this, and it seems to produce more spikes and ones with leaves farther apart. I wish I could find one!
