I have always liked the Aerides group and have found them very easy to grow. This one is Aerides lawrenceae Var Sanderiana, the largest flower in the group. The problem is that the plant is getting too tall to transport around.

Nice. i used to have a big one of these, like 2 foot tall. Very fragrant. i can almost smell it from here. Sap would almost drip off the inflorescences, and the ants loved it. Tasted like sugar.
 
Stunning and a truly wonderful plant to own.

I gave these a try several years ago and I just killed them........something about them needing warmth.

Well done.......those flowers are about as pretty as you can get.
