It is the first blooming season in my new green house, many plants in spike now, including lowii flava, Chu Hua Dancer, few laevigatums, Mount Toro album, Saint Swithin “in charm”, adductum, Yang -ji Diamond “Tristar” “FCC/AOS”, Yang ji Halk, and more…
Let’s bud watching!

Very exciting! Do you grow the adductum differently from the others? I’ve heard it’s a particularly difficult species to grow.

Adductum is easier than anitum and yes, it’s harder than other species. I put them near the gigantifolium with lower light and closer to the water panel.

A judge told me a stake would have likely improved the flower presentation enough to make the AM an FCC on my Wössner Black Wings, everything gets staked now.

We have these magical things here called 'stakes'!! For a low price I will send you some!!!

Over rated.

And they take so much work..

Mine are like 10 steps away from where my plants are…. And in the other side of a closed door

pushing it into the mix….

Putting that clip on.

:)

For travel expenses and a small fee (in plants), I can come over and help you out. I like to use stakes because that support relieves cellular energy the plant can use elsewhere. And, it's only necessary for inflorescences!

Thanks for the tip. Is a water panel a humidifier component? Does this mean your adductum and anitum get higher levels of humidity or are kept constantly moist? I have an anitum that has not shown any sign of leaf growth for the last 8 months, although I see some root growth through the translucent pot.

Water panel is mainly used for temperature cooling (with the use of negative pressure fan), but it somehow can also increase the room humidity a bit. Why I put it near the water panel is this species need cool temperature and mid low light intensity. Also, use organic thing as growing material can help.

I wish my multi's looked this good! I don't see a brown leaf anywhere.

Eager to see the finished results! Are your roths showing any buds yet?

no bud for my roths until now but the leaf before bud appears on the two or three of them, same as the stonei.

Final updates.
