I've been meaning to get a pic of Michael Koopowitz with all three flowers fully opened & petals extended but I needed to rely on some supplemental sunlight, something we haven't had a at least a week!
Nov.30th, the 3rd flower had petal length of 14", the other 2 - 12".

This was the stage on Nov.5th:

Great growing, Rose. That 3rd picture is fantastic. I love it.

Yes I'm back from snow country. We had a very scarey trip crossing the bridge coming home.:eek: 5 miles of ice and snow and quite a bit of wind. They hadn't even cleared the snow off yet. Usually the Bridge Authority closes the bridge, or will send an escort across with you, in those conditions. We were surprised they let us cross alone.

My son lives in the UP and crosses the bridge very often. He said they usually close it in conditions even less treacherous than that. He drove me home, a 6 hour drive, and then had to cross it again going back. He didn't even try to cross it at night. He stayed in Harbor Springs and crossed the next day after the plows went through.

Thanks guys! It's definitely at the top of my favorites list! I HIGHLY recommend MK to anyone that loves/likes multis!

That is a very impressive and beautiful plant. I saw one blooming at our local orchid show earlier in the year, and it knocked my socks off!
