Missing most of tag

Have a flower opening but the tag is mostly missing. Plant likely purchased from someone here. Any ID ideas? Thanks

Probably Paph. Memoria Jim Coyle (Paph. Castle Greyskull x Paph. S. Gratrix). ‘Acne’ would be the clonal name of the Castle Greyskull parent.
 
Thank you very much for the information. A group of us here made some large purchases from Orchid Babies after the owner died and the wife was trying to clear out the greenhouses. I looked for a clonal name ending in -ely') for the Paph S. Gratrix but didn't find one. Remember Sam Tsui was making a visit to our orchid society and I showed him a list of the breeding stock being sold. He said most were older stock that had since been overtaken by improved line breeding, etc.
