I grow it mounted and potted. It grows easily potted with my Phals. The mounted on is grown on the cooler side in brighter light, and more water. I wouldn't call myself an expert, even after having this plant for years. One I get one blooming, and the next it blooms several times. I fertilize weakly every watering.
