This is a small cool growing Maxillaria from Columbia. It reportedly is a spring bloomer but mine blooms intermittently from spring through fall.

It has a basal spike that is about 1" long and this one ran parallel to the medium, so I skipped the plant shot
It has short Maxxie-like growths about 4" tall
