Help needed with IDing this species. The flower is about 6" tall and 3/4 inches wide. I know it is a Peruvian species. I didn't get a good side view but will post the profile of it anyway, for it may help in ID.

my guess is that it's an orchid. probably a masdevallia. for some reason, i think it's peruvian....
