I am thinking of adding another shelf to my grow room. It will be 24" long by 12" wide. Any suggestions for lighting? Preferably LED as the room gets hot enough already. Something that would give from 400-600 FC of light a foot away from the plants. Thanks !!

How about Ray's screw-in LED? 2x would cover that area. If shipping from the US is expensive, and if you don't care about the added red LEDs on Ray's, you can find similar bulbs on eBay or aliexpress, too.

If you are a little handy, Philips XF-3535L would give nice coverage (with high efficiency, around 150lm/W). I measured 655fc @12". It covers 1x2' area at that distance. http://orchidborealis.blogspot.com/2015/09/easy-diy-led-philips-xf-3535l.html
