this is about the best flowering of this kovachii hybrid I’ve had for several years. It’s a cross with MDC.
It’s probably because I repotted it into rockwool minicubes in the autumn.
All my phrags seem to love this medium.
I can only think that there is extra air in it compared to the bark mix I used before.
The flower is 5.5 inches across and dead flat. Not bad for a first time kovachii hybrid.
It came to me as a seedling many moons ago and originated at the EYOF.
