I'm willing to bet that nobody has purchased that Koopowitz book at the hundreds/thousands price points that have been posted. Seems just like competing pricing algorithms that have gone out of control. IE, whenever a used copy gets listed by a big seller, the algorithm used for pricing looks at other copies and produces yet another artificially high price.
