Because of the small size of my collection, the only problems I've seen with hybrids are hangianum instead of emersonii [snip] It is hard to be 100% sure at times. Mike
Hi Mike:
FWIW I find that the staminode shape and pattern, and the distinctive 'cold cream/soap' smell makes it easy to identify hangianum hybrids.

Some of the confusion comes from foreign dealers labeling hangianum hybrids as emersonii hybrids to dodge potential legality problems in the past. Bill
