i've seen this photo several times by this ebayer and it doesn't look like a true druryito me. i'm just wondering if i'm wrong or just unschooled about druryi.

I don't know. The color is different than ones I have seen in person. Could there be some spicerianum or insigne or something in there with druryi?

Then again, I'm unschooled too. This one looks similar to the ebay one.

I have contacted the seller about this plant yesterday to e-mail me a picture of the plant... here is his response:


"Sorry, no. I have no way of doing that. The photo is a flower from the cross, which have been quite consistant, due to using good parents. My friends at Ratcliff Orchids have bred and grown some nice plants. You will be quite happy with the plant if you buy it. Thanks for inquiring though. John"

I can't really understand what he is saying... why would he list a species and list a picture of a Paph. druyi cross and not mention it on the listing?

And I think the cross is Paph. druyi x Paph. exul... that's what I would assume.
