Hi everyone! I'm brand new to growing paphs. I'm very excited to be starting a very small collection (spicerianum, hangianum, stonei and fairrieanum so far), but also completely terrified of killing them LOL - so I can use all the support I can get. Don't let me be a paph murderer :) !!!

I'm growing in a south facing exposure but out of direct sunlight. Temps are 70s and 80s right now with humidity at 40-70 percent depending on the day. I'm using Rand's air-cone pots and a commercial bark, perlite, and charcoal mix with about an inch of loose-ish spaghnum on top to keep it from drying out. That seems to be a real problem in my conditions.

Anyway, thanks for looking and PLEASE feel free to make suggestions. I'm a total newb and I don't want to kill my paphs :)
