I just love Paphs and Phrags. I like them all and don't really have a favorite.
Well perhaps besseae var flavum but I don't have one yet. I have been growing orchids for about two years now, but Phrags and Paphs are new for me. I recently purchased salmon colored besseae and kept it in my green house and now the second bloom opened it is light pink not salmon.
Could any body let me know if perhaps the temperature changes could cause that?

Yes, cooler weather will have an intensifying effect on besseae's colors.
