I always google orchids on the internet.
Came across this website. Does anyone know about this?
Does the /rss mean this site is created from Russia?
Does Fedex & UPS shipping mean the seller resides inside United States?
The information seems a little bit sketchy, I can not figure out the nursery's name or phone number.

Well, their English is pretty bad, so I'd guess they're located in another country. Or California:evil: Kidding aside, my big "seems very fishy" flag has been raised.

Edit:

O.K. I WAS able to get the domain info. for www.plants-orchids.com it's Davise fu in Taiwan It has his phone # and info. if you want it.

Wow, you are a good detective Candace. I thought maybe there is a chance the nursery is in the US.
But it is too much work for a small order from so far away (It is more feasible, procedure wise for commercial retailer than individual like us).
Any way, it seems that some of the pictures look familiar..

I came acroos this site too, the other day.... Is says that a cookie is sent to your pc in order to purchase from them... Does anyone how reliable this is ? Has anyone purchased plants from them...?

Take care... Thanasis...

Loads too slowly for my level of patience. P. rhizomatosum is similar to (or identical to, depending on whom you speak to) P. vejvarutianum. Both are in the insigne group, Foliage resembles insigne or gratrixianum...blooms resemble oversized but boring barbigerums (barbigerum itself is far prettier....)......Doubtfully legal in the US, although supposedly rhizomatosum was identified from plants imported pre-CITES (1990)....Take care, Eric

My understanding is that Paph rhizomatosum is very close in concept to Paph barpigerum. It differs with a larger plant habit and rhizomes between the growths of about 10cm in length. Also, the staminode is shaped differently.
