This is the first bloom of a division of Paph Orion 'Starfield' (concolor x insigne) that I got from Baker and Chantry a few years back. The cross was registered in 1893 by Veitch & Sons, but has never been registered as a parent in any cross. Does anyone have any further information on the 'Starfield' clone? Is it from the original cross or is it from a remake years later?
