Can folks weigh in on ppm levels for fertilizers that will be applied to seedlings roughly six months after being deflasked.

I've just started using K-Lite with my adult plants at about 35 ppm in RO water on weekly basis but I have little experience with paph babies.

Should I use K-Lite with the seedlings or is there another formula that performs better for early root development?

What ppm should I strive for and should fert be alternated with plain water or used all the time.

Lastly, any thoughts on when to begin foliar feedings.

Thanks!

Use the same for established seedlings.
Best to use fertilizer all the time at the correct strength. Your 35ppm should be no problem.
Root development might be stimulated with the seaweed extract or another bio stimulant.
Foliar feed when you water.
Small seedlings require the same nutrients as adult plants.
