One of my "white whales" in orchid growing over the past nine years has four buds as shown in this awful shot (I had no success growing said angraecoid mounted which would have shown the spike/flowers off much better). My big Hillerman book tells me it's going to have a cinnamon fragrance:

Mine is in bloom, but I can't even take a picture of it. The bloom is under a leaf, and can't even open up fully. Hopefully the next bud will be better.
 
This is probably about the extent of what I'm going to see, sniff and "photograph" of this (sadly), as I'm going out-of-town soon, but I'll share anyway. The scent of cinnamon in the morning is just fantastic and I love the combination of deep green and crystalline white--a real winner of a species in my humble opinion.

Yours is much better than mine! I'll post mine in a separate thread...I agree about the scent!
